Reports of a light that begins to come towards witnesses, Car motors cut off, & even hear the distinct sound of a baby crying. - January 2006 Update: About 10 years ago SCDOT did some major work in the Lucas Bay area. As a result, the light hasn't been seen in about 10 years or so.
